Cryptocurrency trading involves a high degree of risk and extreme volatility.

You acknowledge that past performance does not guarantee future results.

You assume full responsibility for any trades or investments you make. Arena Mentorship and its creators accept zero liability for any financial losses incurred.

3. Payments & Manual Verification

Access to the premium mentorship dashboard requires manual verification.

Upon successful payment via our fiat or cryptocurrency gateways, users must submit their payment reference to our official WhatsApp support channel.

Access is not instantaneous. Administrators will verify the transaction and unlock the account at their earliest availability.

Any attempts to bypass the payment gateway, submit fraudulent receipts, or exploit the platform will result in immediate and permanent account deletion.

4. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy

The video content provided in this mentorship is the exclusive intellectual property of Arena Mentorship.

Your purchase grants you a single, non-transferable license to view the content for personal use.

You are strictly prohibited from downloading, screen-recording, or sharing the private video links.

Sharing your account login details with third parties is forbidden. We monitor account activity, and any violation will result in an immediate lifetime ban without a refund.

5. Refund Policy

Because the Arena Mentorship provides immediate access to proprietary digital knowledge and unlisted video content, all sales are final. Once your account status is verified and unlocked, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Payment Processing Security

We do not collect, process, or store sensitive financial data, credit card numbers, or private cryptocurrency wallet keys on our servers.

Fiat transactions are securely processed by Paystack.

Cryptocurrency transactions are securely processed by NOWPayments.

We only receive the payment reference and status to verify your purchase.

3. How We Use Your Data

The information we collect is used strictly for internal operations:

• To create and secure your user account.
• To manually verify your payment and grant access to the mentorship dashboard.
